Although some of us thought this would never happen, it did, and our P has graduated from Kindergarten. I have to say that his school does go all out for these kids, booking the Kirkland Performing Arts Center for the ceremony, caps, tassles, diplomas, snacks backstage for the kids and having the whole thing videotaped so weepy-eyed parents don’t have to worry about filming all of it.
P made us very proud. A minimum of wiggling on stage, singing (most) of the words to the songs, and marching right down front on cue to introduce a song. And he looked so handsome all dressed up in his "handsome" clothes. I love this little guy.
waiting for the ceremony the diploma, at last with his favorite teacher

Congrats to P – he looks so cool with his long hair and smart outfit – and so much like a rogal! Would love to see a picture of Derek when he was young(er) to make the comparison with P! And I wish I had had a cap at kindergarten graduation. I never went to my university graduation so haven\’t had the privilege of wearing one!! Loads of love, Bxoxoxo

I miss my windows version of spider solitaire and am going through withdrawal. But now that I\’m a member of the \’unemployed employables\’ (hurrah) perhaps it\’s a good thing that I don\’t have it to waste my days away…
