We’re still here. Gail and I got up early this morning (9:30). So we’re relaxing and drinking coffee. phew. Today we’re off to the Ocean Shore Interpretive Center, to do a bit of shopping and to beach comb at high tide so Gail can see the difference.
Yesterday we left the house early and headed up north. It’s actually not a very long drive but we made it longer by stopping at every beach access to do a little exploring. We also found a sweet coffee shop in Pacific Beach and then headed to Moclips. The beaches all along the way are gorgeous and it was a warm day although a bit overcast.
The sun came out later in the day in time for us to explore low tide at the jetty in Ocean Shores. I found tons of anemone among the rocks but then a rogue wave found me, soaking my boots and pants. hehe
