My older brother and his family have lived in Hong Kong for 7 years. They love it, especially the opportunity it gives them for some pretty exotic travel adventures. He just sent me their itinerary for their Christmas holidays…
Here’s our itinerary for Christmas, get out your maps!
Dec. 19: Manila
Dec. 20: fly to Busuanga (Coron); small islands north of Palawan
Dec. 21: Coron
Dec. 22: begin boat trip down to El Nido (Palawan)
Dec. 29: head to Port Barton
Jan. 1: leave Port Barton to Puerto Princesa
Fly home Jan. 3
Apparently one of the hi-lights of the trip with be the pig roast on the beach on Christmas Day. Scott is taking his own cranberry sauce.
We’ll be in exotic snow-bound Bellevue. How about you?

omg, that part of the world always calls to me at this time of year! Just one hour due west on a plane and they\’d be in my old tromping grounds…I hope they eat some deep-fried cassava and bananas while they\’re there!
