have you ever noticed the ingredients in many commercial yogurts? so many of them contain gelatin which is off limits, or corn syrup or other stuff I wasn’t sure about. All I wanted was a simple yogurt made with organic milk, low in fat (despite my love affair with Greek yogurt). So, I started making my own yogurt a couple of weeks ago. I used a small container of plain Greek yogurt as my starter and yummy. The results were so good – not as tart as I expected it to be (goodness) and nice and creamy. I’m so pleased with it – I use a cup of it everyday in my morning smoothie. My tummy is very happy.
