I printed my new woodblock last night and I have to say, I was underwhelmed with the results.  I tried a few different things and sadly, the print gods were not with me. 

However, the great thing about being in the critique class is that I put my prints on the wall and asked the others in the class what they thought.  Everyone stopped, looked and thought about my prints then offered up some wonderful suggestions for going forward with my little block.

Add color, rainbow roll, chine colle, use bright colors rather than natural colors…  I love this group.
