I know it just seems as though it takes as long to mount and frame pieces as it does to make them.  Maybe because it’s so damn fussy or because you are already done with the piece and ready to move on. 

My friend Joan was saying that one of the printmakers at Kirkland frames or mounts each piece she’s happy with every week, so that she doesn’t have it all piling up waiting.  I really need to do the same.  But you’d have to be organized for that, wouldn’t you?

All that aside, I am ready for my critique tonight.  Besides a selection of the embroidered printing plate trials from yesterday, this is what I’m taking…
