The other day I wrote about dumplings over on our vegan blog. They were so good, and really so easy that I made another batch tonight for dinner. Yum. I’ve quite impressed myself on how professional they look!
I used the recipe on the back of the gyoza wrapper package substituting tofu for the shrimp and mushrooms for the pork. yeah. So essentially it was nothing like the recipe on the package. I also added a bit of ginger.
I served them with stir fried vegetables and “a slice of melon the side” (a reference for all you Simpson fans out there).
Next time I’m going to make a shrimp version for the three of us in the family that eat seafood.
