I took a parliament of owl pins in to the KAC shop this week.  I only had one left and they are pretty popular so I thought I’d better restock before I totally disappear for the summer.  I tried a few new things including denim (so cute with their raggedy edges) and the glasses on the purple owls.  This was an idea from my super-crafty friend Amy.  I love how nerdy they look.

Now I’m working on some 3D embroidery hoop pieces with a seaside theme to take to Fusions Gallery in Ocean Shores in a week or so.  I’ll post some pictures in a few days but I have to say, these are turning out so well.  I’m excited about them.

The only up-side of this whole knee problem is that it has given me quite a bit of down time for stitching.
