Yes, this weekend I will be at Fusions Art Gallery in Ocean Shores, Washington. I will be stitching. It doesn’t get any more exciting than that does it?! It’s not quite the same as watching Walter Massey work with copper, nor even as much fun as sending kids home with blue ink on their hands (last time I was at the gallery we were doing printmaking). But what the heck, it’s a great way to meet people, show off my new pieces and spend a few hours stitching new pieces for my show.
My husband suggested they bring in a rocking chair.
UPDATE: I was so sorry not to be able to be at Fusions this weekend. My poor daughter ended up in Emergency (twice) on Friday with a kidney infection. Apparently this is quite rare and they suggested we not stray too far from our doctor. They didn’t have to tell me twice!
