This morning I finished up the last work on my 30 Day Art Challenge.  Thirty drypoint intaglio prints in 30 days.

I was trying to figure out how long each piece took and I think all in it was under two hours.  My favorite thing about this was my “stream of consciousness” selection of things to print when I decided that 30 black and white moths was going to be pretty dull.  So, luna moth, luna moth caterpillar, luna, goddess of the moon…  The series that made me laugh the most is hawk moth, hawk moth caterpillar, hawk’s talon, tony hawk.  Yes, I have a print of Tony Hawk.
