The other day I was getting caught up with a few of my favorite artist blogs including thesmallestforest.  I came across this brilliant idea.  Brilliant because I too have an unkempt lot of embroidery thread, which despite my best efforts to give it away to the members of my Plush Club, seems to keep growing. This is an amazing way to use up the “thread bunny” that seems to create itself in my boxes of threads.

So I grabbed the thread bunny that was in amongst my perle cotton along with a piece of hand dyed linen from my stash.  I’m thinking seed pods.  We’ll see what happens.  Have a great weekend!
