This year the theme of Pratt Fine Arts annual auction is “The Mad Pratter”.  I’ve already submitted my donation and bought a ticket for my husband (he loves this event). The other day I decided that I’d make a little hat to wear. And by little I mean fascinator-sized, just 4-inches tall.  I’ll clip it to my hair.  It is adorable and all made of things I had on hand (who doesn’t have velvet and vintage ribbon on hand!?)
