I can’t think of anyone who has been more integral to the world of plush art than Kristen Rask of Schmancy. She is the founder of Plush You! The author of several books on how to create your own plush toys. She supports plush artists by selling their works in her store.  Four years ago she accepted my work for Plush You!, giving me an incredible boost to my confidence as a plush artist. But you’ve probably heard all of this from me before…

On Sunday morning Kristen posted to Facebook that her adorable shop had been robbed, her computer, iPad and some cash all stolen

Fortunately, none of her stock of toys was taken so this is where you, my lovely readers, come in.  The very best way to help Kristen is by shopping at Schmancy  and there are a few ways you can do this!

I’m planning on going to the book release party on Friday and doing some holiday shopping! And if Watson and Sherlock are still there they just may need to come home with me.
