My little blog is on hiatus this month.

By the end of the month my family and I will have moved from Bellevue, WA to Santa Monica, CA.

To say I’ll be busy with other things is an understatement. I’ve got to shut down this house (many trips to Goodwill, two garage sales and lots of recycle), close up our cottage in Ocean Shores, WA and plan not only for the big move but the intermittent move to temporary housing. Oh yes, and moving our three cats and two birds.

I will miss so much about the Pacific Northwest but for those of you who know me, or follow along on my blog, you know that I will not miss the rainy, gray winters. It’s time for a change and I’m looking forward to the sun.
