Yes. Really. I want to be ready for my show next October so I’m already sketching and scheming. Yesterday I came across this plant. It is a Dracula vampira orchid. Yes. There is a variety of orchid named Dracula with several variations, this all black one is my favorite. You can read all about them here.
I have to make it. Black velvet (I know, how many times have I sworn to never stitch black velvet again!), black felt, various shiny threads, pink felt in the middle… this is so perfect.
My friend Anna also told me about a new species of carnivorous plant that can eat a rat. Can you imagine a few of these sinister plants all grouped together! I can.
